WHAT
Each training session is 1.5 hours and includes:
Focused individual skill work
Situational drills applying that day’s skill focus
This Fall Training will be 100% volleyball skills — no conditioning, just pure game improvement.
We offer multiple registration options to fit your schedule.
If signing up for individual dates, please register the night before so we can plan for numbers.
No participant limits at this time!
Weekly Skill Focus:
Week 1 (9/7 – 9/9): Serve & Pass
Week 2 (9/14 – 9/16): Attack
Week 3 (9/21 – 9/23): Setting
Week 4 (9/28 – 9/30): Defense
Week 5 (10/5 – 10/7): Game Play
WHEN
Sundays | 9:00 – 10:30 AM

WHO
Open to any athlete, regardless of club affiliation or experience level.
Athletes will be grouped by age and ability for appropriate court placement.
COST
Full Session (10 dates): $400
All Sundays (5 dates): $250
All Tuesdays (5 dates): $250
Weekly (2 dates): $100
Individual (1 date): $55
