WHAT: Each session will be broken up into 3 sections. The first section will include some light agility, reaction and stability with flexibility training. The second section will focus on individual skills such as passing, digging, hitting, setting, blocking and serving. The third section will focus on the application of the skill in a more competitive format.

WHO: Any athlete that is looking to train at an National to American level of play this year. We will separate courts based on age and ability.
