AVC will be offering a sports performance training opportunity this summer/fall. Led by a certified strength and conditioning coach and Adjunct Professor of Kent State’s EHHS program, each session will be uniquely tailored to the needs of volleyball athletes and may include several training techniques to develop forward and lateral speed, improve reaction time and vertical jump, injury preventative strength training focusing on shoulders, core stabilization, knees and ankles. A portion of each session will also be devoted to restorative and prehabilitative training as well.
