WHAT: Training each day will be 1.5 hours in length and will encompass focused individual skill work and some situational application of what we worked on for the day. For this Fall Training we will only be focusing on Volleyball skills for the full clinic! We have added a separate strength program after this clinic on Sundays if you wanted to continue doing that as a separate program registration.

WHO: Any athlete regardless of club affiliation. We will separate courts based on age and ability level.
